Swissprot - Swiss-Prot is a curated protein sequence database with a high level of annotation (such as the description of the function of a protein, its domains structure, post-translational modifications, variants, etc.).

MOLMOL - is a molecular graphics program for displaying, analyzing, and manipulating the three-dimensional structure of biological macromolecules, with special emphasis on the study of protein or DNA structures determined by NMR.

SwissPDB viewer- Swiss-PdbViewer is an application for analyzing several proteins at the same time to deduce structural alignments and compare their active sites or any other relevant parts (amino acid mutations, H-bonds, angles, distances between atoms).
